he Houston Dutch Lions FC Qualified for the District Final and State Championships to be played in Round Rock Texas in the weekend of April 27-28. This is such a big milestone for the club as this is a first time making it this far into the state of texas for the club. The 2013 Division 2 team remains undefeated after winning all their games over the weekend in the South Texas Cup. The Lions faced strong teams especially in the quarterfinals and semifinals playing high ranked teams. That did not stop the Lions from getting the results to win it all, playing a total of 5 games in just two days

The Houston Dutch Lions FC 2013 have made history as the undefeated champions of Division 2! With an impeccable record, they showcased their dominance and claimed the title they truly deserved. After falling just one point short last season, this group was determined for redemption, defeating former champions and rising above the competition. Despite facing tougher opponents in a higher division, they showed no fear and maintained their dominance. Their unwavering belief and determination have paid off, culminating in a well-deserved championship win!
